SAWebay provides Wholesale clothing and mixed supplies of bankrupt and surplus stock to the Trade and General public. We have a minimum purchase policy of just 1 lot.
We are a Wholesale clearance house extending our services to include wholesale and "Job Lot" sales on a business to business bases for resale.

SAWebay are stock Wholesalers providing only Grade 1 supplies (95-100% perfect) for resale to shops, market traders, friends, online auctions etc.

These terms & conditions apply to the use of this website. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

ORDERING FROM US

Minimum Order = 1 Lot with an average value of just £100 + VAT (or less as advertised).
Please note, we are a wholesale clearance house.

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process, by phone, fax, or mail order. As part of our sales process you will be given the opportunity to check your order & correct any errors. We will send an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.

All products are subject to availability and may be changed at any time.

All wholesale lots are sold as assorted sizes, colours etc. we are a wholesale clearance house and sometimes there will be shortage of certain ranges.

All clearance lines are a mix of sizes, colours and styles, the illustrations and descriptions are provided as a guide only to the sort of lines you will receive. SAWebay does not accept any liability for any descriptive errors nor do we provide any guarantees as to the accuracy of any lots or individual items listed. With the sole exception of returning damaged goods, we operate a STRICT No-Returns policy (we are a wholesale clearance house) should this cause a problem please do not order.

If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. Please order an alternative wholesale lot where possible.

Payments must be made in full before orders can be dispatched. You will be advised of the preferred payment method via email or telephone when you place your order. Our preferred payment method is by Bank Transfer. Currently we also accept; Bank transfer, Cash, Cheque, Online credit, Secure online Debit & Credit card via PayPal. Note on PayPal: Unfortunately PayPal now impose a surcharge for payment processing which is out of our control. (3.5% surcharge for PayPal may apply). If in doubt please use the preferred (often cheapest) payment process of Bank transfer at no extra charge from ourselves - currently this is the most cost effective method.

Please allow at least 7 working days for cheque's to clear before goods are dispatched.

Delivery will usually be within 3-5 working days of your order being accepted, a signature for goods delivered will be required. Please be aware that does not include weekends or Bank Holidays. Orders placed overnight will not start the process until the next working day.

PRICING

All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately & include it in the total invoice price.

Where we charge separately for packaging, carriage & insurance & other relevant charges or as requested, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown as delivery charges.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Orders for delivery within the UK are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days from the time when your order has been processed.
The minimum delivery charge for anywhere in the UK is £10.00 per consignment or 10% (whichever is the greater) of the total lot value to a single UK destination. Orders in the UK of £3000.00 or more will be entitled to free delivery. These charges are variable - subject to alteration at anytime and will be shown in the pro-forma invoice at the time of ordering.

Orders overseas are welcomed, postage costs and transit times can be sent on request.

LIABILITY

No liability for any claim for damage shall be accepted unless the purchaser notifies the vendor within 24hrs of delivery. This period may be extended at the sole discretion of the vendor.

No liability for any claim for missing or faulty items shall be accepted unless the purchaser notifies the vendor as indicated on the delivery/acceptance note and in any case within 24hrs of delivery.

No liability for any claim will be accepted whatsoever in the case of goods differing in quantity or descriptions from the purchaser given on the order unless the vendor is notified in writing by the purchaser within 24hrs of delivery. We are a wholesale clearance house extending our services to include wholesale and "Job Lot" sales on a business to business bases for resale, and do not offer personal or "for personal use" consumer sales items. Any consideration for claims will be at the sole discretion of the vendor.

RETURN GOODS

Returns are not accepted apart from the rare occasion of faulty goods. Then these must be informed immediately and received back to us within 5 working days of you receiving the goods.

No credit shall be allowed for goods until they have been received complete.

Refused deliveries: deliveries returned marked refused, or not in when driver called will not result in refund and refusal of goods ordered does not relieve the customer’s liability for paying any charges including any additional charges incurred.

WEBSITE ACCESS

Whilst we endeavour to ensure that this website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at anytime or for any period.

Access to the website maybe suspended temporarily & without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.

We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted and it is your responsibility to read terms & conditions on each occasion you use this website & your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms & conditions.
